Not close for Chicago to really consider. Zadina is a reclamation project, the pick is nice, but that's about it.

I would think CHI would be asking for Edvinsson which is unlikely given DET view him as the perfect long term on the LD with Seider on the right.

You guys are trippin. Detroit is the team that declines this deal. I’d actually genuinely be pissed if Yzerman gave all that up for DeBrincat. I like the kid, but naw.

Strome for Zadina seems like something that could happen. Berggren (who I do like) + 8th +2nd isn't enough for cat

😂

I’m good on moving our #1 offensive prospect, and soon to be #2 offensive prospect plus two 2nd round pieces for the guy.

I like DeBrincat. I really do. What concerns me is that 158 of the 160 goals he’s scored have come with Patrick Kane playing.

I’m not saying there would be a devastating drop off on a different team - I just think there will be a pretty noticeable one.

There's no way DET should even consider DeBrincat, they'd be stupid to give up prospects. Stay the course of the Yzerplan.

The Chicago deal is bad for both teams. CHI can get more for DeBrincat elsewhere and Detroit shouldn't sell their future for him.
