I just can't believe Karlsson is on this list.. I agree with some like Landy, JVR, and Shaw, but no so much on Karlsson, Coots, and Marner haha

lehner isnt overrated. guy had a .920 save percentage with a tire fire in front of him, and people wanna throw him under the bus. sure, his high danger save percentage could be better, but its not like somebody has him "highly rated". his salary isnt terrible, you could probably make a better case that he is underrated.

I actually think Karlsson is overrated. I mean, he's one of the best d-men in the league, but the fact that some think he's better than Doughty doesn't make sense to me. That's just my opinion though. And i agree about Landeskog.

This is not good. Tzachuk overrated? He wasn't expected to be in the NHL and makes under 1m. Not saying Kadri is going to score 30 goals again but at 4.6, he is good value for the Leafs. Oshie, Radulov and Marner all punched above their weight last season. Karlsson year after year is among the top 5 NHL Dmen. At 6.5m he's a bargain. Zaitsev was excellent for under a million last year. We'll see how his new contract at 4.5m holds up.

Chara is valued high because of his past. That is the same thing as saying jagr, sedins, and zetterberg are overrated

Well, one thing is for sure! With a ceiling of $730,000,000, my opinion of Stan Bowman would change in a millisecond! Ha!
