Bruins pass. Wheeler is on the back 9 of his career, plus devils and senator fans have offered 2 oa and 7 oa plus prospects.

ya thats not even close that 24 1st alone will barely cover wheelers contract to dump.
for pasta and to dump wheeler a trade would have to look like

Perfetti+Wheeler+ Lucuis+ 22 and 24 1st's+ 23 2nd

Pasta could easily get 3 1sts worth of value now since we take on wheelers contract it will cost atleast 4 1sts

Three very easy no's from Winnipeg.

The Jets aren't overpaying for a LW they don't need.

Scheifele is far better than Miller and Miller is a rental, so why would the Jets downgrade from two years of Scheifele to one of a worse player.

The Jets aren't overpaying for a rental winger.

Why do my spidey senses tell me that Jet's fans feel the opposite?

I'm sorry, did you just say Miller is inferior to Scheifele? Please explain?

I know you're extremely biased, but you can't actually believe there's any doubt right? You're just messing around?

Uh, no I'm not, Miller is visibly a more complete player than Scheifele. Everyone knows Scheifele is a defensive liability. It's you who's biased, which everyone also knows

Lol. One fluke season by Miller doesn't put him on Scheifele's level. Come back when Miller hits 6 straight PPG seasons. I know it's cool to try and exaggerate Scheifele's defensive issues, but he's so much better than Miller offensively, it doesn't really matter.

Defense can be taught, scoring at Scheifele's level can't.

Uh, how exactly is Scheifele better offensively than Miller? Miller scored at a higher clip than Scheifele JUST THIS PAST SEASON

You're out to lunch if you're calling Millers most recent campaign a fluke, only trolls to make that claim. Miller hit a new level offensively ever since he came to Vancouver, that's not hard to see

Lastly, I know Scheifele has been a PPG longer than Miller has, but I'm only comparing where both players performance levels are at currently, not looking at the past

Of course you're only looking at his most recent season. Because without cherry picking, you can't make anything resembling an argument that Miller is better. Scheifele is undoubtedly the superior, more consistent player.

There's a reason Vancouver hasn't been able to move Miller after trying for months. The Canucks are overvaluing him in trade talks.

These trades would get rejected.

That defense is still pretty weak.

You argue with cherry picking but suddenly Scheifele's defensive weakness isn't counted or "can be tought". Also, Scheifele's career FO% is 46.2, Miller's 52.7.

I still believe Scheifele's value is higher than Miller's (regardless their contracts) but I would not act like there is such a huge gap between them really.

"Haven't been able to move Miller after trying for months" Thats how we know your opinion is invalid. If you blatantly put out fallacies like that then how is anything else you have to say going to be taken seriously by anyone?
