Vlasic? That’s not a smart move.

Nuke also probably gets more and is it really worth bringing Kane in?

Campbell isn’t taking anything under $5M especially in free agency where everyone is overpaid

Vecchione has played a total of 3 NHL games at the age of 29, that's hardly an incentive to take Hagelin. I think this offseason we are going to see a lot less salary clearing moves than people want simply because there seem to be more teams wanting to clear salary than there are teams willing to take them on.

Sabres get useless players and give up picks so they more than likely decline easily

Caps would need to get back a first at least to take vlasic even retained. He was incredible and underrated at his peak, but is literally one of the worst defenseman in the NHL now

Vlasic... no. The rest of the trade isn't relevant to the discussion.

Vlasic is an anchor. Like really bad. This team needs more youth, not a below replacement level veteran. If GMBM made that trade, I'd want him fired lol. The Sharks would have to pay a premium to offload Vlasic's contract.
