What I would do is trade 1 or 2 of Dillion, Schmidt, Stanley or Demelo to make room for Heinola, Samberg, Chisholm and Gawanke.
I would hire Trotz
I would deal one or both of Scheifle and Wheeler (preferably Wheeler to create cap space and usher in new leadership)
Sign PLD etc

Chevy usually waits until after the draft to make his trades, so I wouldn't panic yet.

That being said, Heinola and Samberg both look ready, I hope there's at room for at least one of them in our top 4 next year!
