When will Habs fans learn that the only way they get 2OA is if they trade Caufield. NJ doesn’t want Petry as they have Hamilton and Severson. They won’t want your overpaid wingers in Anderson, Gallagher, Drouin, or Armia. They’ll want a quality asset like Caufield

Without Caufield there is nothing the Devils trade 2OA to MTL for, can we just stop these brutal offers of an overpaid veteran, a decent goalie prospect and a late first for 2OA

I would be very upset if we were somehow able to land the 2nd OVA pick and we drafted Slafkovsky instead of Nemec. We have a bigger need on RD than we do on the wing.

That doesnt get u 2nd oa lmao maybe on the range of 9-12 if u either get a bad contract back or retain on petry, and none of those team in that range are trying to get a old RD

2nd overall would be just Caufield. Don't think there's anything that NJ could offer MTL for an unprotected 2023 first

Yeah I’m more so meant they wouldn’t want those pieces for 2 OA. NJ may want Anderson but not as a main piece for 2 OA
