That Wings trade seems reasonable but their fans here will probably say no way.

I think Buffalo graciously accepts that trade.

Maybe
He could fit as our 4C, but who comes out of the projected lineup for him?

And idk what u mean by “graciously”
That’s not a great deal, idk that we’d even give up the 3rd

Here’s a significant upgrade from Cody Eakin and even younger than a player like Lars Eller. If Buffalo were to trade for him I would hope they would consider offering him an extension because that’s the kind of player you want when you’re a playoff contender, and I think they are a goaltender away from being that.

Well sure
But none of that means he’s worth a 3rd to us, especially since he’s comes to us as a rental

And there’s nothing to say we wouldn’t have our eyes on someone else

I think he’d be a good addition though

But u didn’t say who comes out of our projected forward lineup for him:
Skinner-Thompson-Olofsson
Mittelstadt-Cozens-Tuch
Quinn-Krebs-Peterka
Asplund-Girgensons-Okposo

As much as I figure both Quinn and Peterka will be in the lineup more often than not, that’s not a guarantee. Injuries happen, and it’s not a bad idea to have someone you can plug into the lineup whenever you need to. For one thing I think we both agree Björk needs to be anywhere but on the roster. I also think it’s entirely possible that we are making a trade involving somebody from the roster before the end of the off-season, so we don’t really know who is going to be here and who isn’t. But I like the idea of him and Girgensons trading off who plays fourth line, and they might even play very well together if that happens.

I like the idea of Blueger for 4C
I just don’t know who I’d take out of the lineup
I’m not gonna assume guys are traded away until they are

I already knew what the Jackets trade in this AGM would be just because of who put it together, but I clicked on it anyways because I enjoy seeing that proposal so much.
