I would do 7th overall + 39th overall for JVR + 5th overall

He had 23 goals, not a cap dump but probably a couple mill overpaid. Could get him for cheap because of that

Flyers should not do this at all. Why would you use a top five pick to dump someone with one year left on their contract

Ottawa needs to add for that to be worth it. actually a trade structured around Connor Brown and 7th overall to Philly for JVR and 5th overall is really interesting though
