I don't think the Oilers agree to those terms.
There's really not much of an incentive for them to trade Klefbom's contract, he'll be on the LTIR the moment the regular season begins. Why give up anything when the impact of standing pat is almost nothing?
Even with both the Panthers and the Jets retaining some salary, Bobrovsky would still have a $7M cap hit and that is simply too much for a team that is tight against the cap.
I suspect that Hellebyuk would be Holland's preferred target, he's less expensive next season and probably willing to extend with the Oilers. I could see Holland being willing to part with JP and a first round draft pick for Hellebuyk, if there was some certainty that Hellebyuk extends his contract. If Chevy wanted two early draft picks, he might take an active contract back from the Oilers; the obvious candidates are Kassian, and Foegele. If Chevy wants Barrie, maybe there is a different deal to be made.
