Winnipeg retains 1/3. . . . And for the right sweetener (NOT what was proposed above!) Seattle could retain another 1/3 his salary as the "middle-man" to have him land elsewhere. That gives the third team (?) Wheeler @ only 2.75 for 2 years, I'm sure a much more palatable idea that might increase interest and return. (?) Thoughts? . . .

Talk out of Wpg is that Wheeler would consider a trade outside his list if it works for him and his family. I think Wheeler would consider Seattle.
