Not that all of those are bad players (lots of meh though) but literally none of them fix what the leafs issue was in the playoffs

Yeah not like Toronto doesn't already have tons of LD, So let's add another one in Travis Sanheim.

From the Flyers, I think Sanheim is by far the best player of the 6 being offered, and Laughton is "untouchable" (the org loves him to the point where there's considerable speculation he will be the next Captain). Frost hasn't broken out yet but I think there's a legitimate chance he can have a breakout season, although I'm not sure he'd get the best chance in Toronto.

Sanheim 1/2 retained and Frost for Sandin, Robertson, and the 2023 3rd?

I like this pitch. Kind of realy wanted Laughton though out of all of Flyer players.

IMO Bastion, Woods and Graves play tougher than any Leaf ( with exception to Simons and Cifford whos playing talents are slowing with age).
      Similar with Flyer players.

No, they dont. None of these players are top 6 lw or 3rd line scoring.
Toughness has literally never been an issue, and defence hasnt been one for years

Yeah, I don’t think any of the 5 others comes within a 1st (late one basing off the leafs) of the value of Sanhiem

Personally I’d move Provorov before Sanhiem, but neither really help the leafs imo.

Me trading the 3 asked for I’d easily ask for Robertson, Sandin, Niemela and probably a conditional pick. Leafs pass round 1 pick is a first, if not it’s a 2nd… would take cap back if needed as well because if we move these guys we are tanking

      Auston Matthews?

But honestly Rasmus Sandin and a 3rd or a mid rounder

"I want to mKe the Leafs a tougher team to p,ay againts so we can at least win a playoff round." I always laugh at these posts. So you solution to the Leafs is add players whose teams don't even make the playoffs.

You have not watched Wood recently if you think he makes it tough to play against. I guess you have seen him hit a few times, and now you think him on the Leafs will help them win a round or something (even though their problem for 2 straight yrs has been depth scoring- which he really does not help). But if I'm the players on the other team I would like to play against Wood. Get plenty of chances.

Wild to see people still missing this. Given, I think Dubas misses it at times as well. Missed adding good, two-way offence at TDL.

Really? My observation of Woods was he was big, fast and tough to play againts. Maybe i didnt see enough of him.

So you dont think that a Leaf team with Bastian, Woods and Graves would be hard to play against (and better) if they replaced Simons, Kase and Holl?

They'd score less, defend worse and move the puck worse
