i will bow down to you if this team even makes it past the first round
Is there a team with a better forward group?
Kane, Patrick : 92 pts in 78 GP this season
Stützle, Tim : After he turned 20 y/o on January 15th : 43 pts in 50 games (0.86 PPG), including 31 pts in last 27 games (1.15 PPG)
Batherson, Drake : 44 pts in 46 GP this season, 23 y/o
Norris, Joshua : 35 goals in 66 GP, 12th best scorer in Goals per game since March 15th 2021. Another 22 y/o kid
Tkachuk, Brady : 22 y/o power forward with 30 goals 67 pts in 79 GP this season
Kadri, Nazem : 87 pts in 71 GP this season
Giroux, Claude : 65 pts in 75 GP this season
Formenton, Alex : 22 y/o who scored 18 goals at ES/PK and led the league in SH goals (5). One of the best skaters in the league, good defensively, mean streak
Brown, Connor : 2-way forward who produces 2nd line numbers (50 pts per 82 GP) despite being heavily deployed in matchup roles
That's an insane Top-9. Then you have high end prospects Ridly Greig and Shane Pinto
Even that defense could be good, if Sanderson is as good as we expect. I"d have it like that :
Chabot - Manson
Sanderson - Zub
Brannstrom - Holden

Lol I mean this with the most respect- because I actually respect the ability to look past things that you possess- this might be the worst one I have ever seen on this site top to bottom.
What has he done? Outside of the Kane trade (and he gave up a 7th OA pick in it), he signed good players as UFAs
Of course it won't happen because Dorion + Ottawa market but this isn't outrageous or anything, just wishful thinking for UFAs
He's not unrealistically fleecing teams left and right to achieve his ACGM
