TOR
  1. 2023 1st round pick (MIN)
MIN
  1. Kerfoot, Alexander
Additional Details:
Wild desperately need some center depth and they won't find any other 50 point centers who can kill penalties and move up and down the lineup for $3.5M. It's a win now move for a team without many options.
2.
TOR
  1. 2022 2nd round pick (SEA)
  2. 2022 2nd round pick (FLA)
  3. 2023 3rd round pick (CGY)
Additional Details:
Seattle gets a second first round pick and a few high level AHL or low level NHL players to fill out their new AHL team starting next or take up depth roles. They just need some volume of players and this gives them that with players who actually have some potential.
SEA
  1. Der-Arguchintsev, Semyon
  2. Duszak, Joseph [RFA Rights]
  3. Källgren, Erik
  4. 2022 1st round pick (TOR)
3.
TOR
  1. 2022 5th round pick (NSH)
  2. 2023 6th round pick (NSH)
4.
TOR
  1. 2022 6th round pick (CBJ)
  2. 2023 2nd round pick (CHI)
  3. 2023 4th round pick (CHI)
  4. 2023 7th round pick (CHI)
Additional Details:
Chicago gets a first. Leafs get more volume of picks late in a deep draft.
CHI
  1. Mrázek, Petr
  2. 2023 1st round pick (TOR)
5.
TOR
  1. Puljujärvi, Jesse [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
Edmonton moves off Puljujarvi who Holland doesn't seem committed to and get a player who scored at a 45 point pace on the third line who may score at a 60+ point pace playing in the top 6.
EDM
  1. Kase, Ondrej [RFA Rights]
  2. 2023 3rd round pick (TOR)

Wild need top-end centers. We have depth. We have Eriksson Ek, Hartman, Gaudreau, Jost and Rossi. None of them are a clear #1, at least not next season. Kerfoot isn't either. Wild decline.

i disagree on one thing, you said Pulju can put up 60 in the top 6, yet you have him on the 3rd line. Would you throw him with Matthews or JT if you had the choice

I can't see Bill Guerin paying a first for a rental who isn't a true #1 center.

Hawks pass, that's trading 4 draft picks for 1, when there's a high possibility they get at least a 1st with DeBrincat, Kane, Strome, Toews potentially on the market AND cap space to take bad contracts back. Makes no sense.

Kerfoot isn't a c, and if he's , he's a bottom line c Minnesota has plenty of. Decline from Minnesota. Minnesota has a young 2-3c in Joel Eriksson Ek, Rossi, connor dewar, and freddy G

One sided trades all in favour of the Leafs. No appreciation of Minni's cap situation.

Why keep 4 million in cap space? Don't sign Boyle, send down Anderson and you have 5.75 million to sign to way better forwards.
