If a team originally picked a forward I have to pick a forward same for goalie and Dman

is it only guessed on player's evaluation or is does it included team's needs ? I agree for Cozens, how can he loose 9 spots ?

Cozens has put up very poor analytics on Buffalo and if he can become a #1 Center is a bit up in the air I think he doesn't have a very high ceiling now

Basically it's needs and player evaluation. So if a team originally selected a Forward they pick a forward in the redraft aswell. For Cozens see my comment above I just not sold on him as a future 1st line player and while he may have a higher floor than other guys above him I think his ceiling his way lower.

Read the Description. Without those rules yeah I would have Seider #2 but I had to select forwards with the first 3 picks
