Caufield won't be traded and is untouchable, but in this case, Minnesota is paying a bit much for him

I concur. Moving the 1st and 2nd with Fiala seems steep at face value. And while I agree Minnesota should look to "replace" a winger, Caufield might not be the one to pull for that - someone young, for sure, but the ideal land we Wild fans should be living in is either one of the high draft picks or a high-end prospect that's under their ELC for the next 3 years of our cap hell.
