They would prefer to keep Seabrook probably so that they can have 6m more in cap.

Also, they probably keep Palat over Burakovsky

no they;d definately take the 3 It is always better to not have an LTIR as to have one if possible

Seabrook doesn't give them any cap space. Ltir does not work like that.

I'm no expert but I think there is still a way for them to utilize his contract but they need to get cap compliant first and additions could be made later.

They should have $4,891,667 in cap to spend this offseason I think. Then they just need to accrue cap throughout the season.

I could be totally wrong though.
