I don't think they will trade for him necessarily. However if the Leafs get Miller, they will have to send Kerfoot over to make the cap work. At which point you can keep him or flip him for other assets. Whatever your GM chooses to do. You aren't going to move Miller without taking some cap back anyways. Some teams will try to send you a bad contract
