Leafs aren’t trading a first, so we’d probably trade are second and maybe another prospect

There’s some good value here in my opinion. You don’t see goalie trades like this very often. He has 2 years of term so I’m almost thinking it would have to be 2 firsts roberston and sandin. And maybe Winnipeg retains some money if they are gonna full rebuild anyways.
It’s debatable weather it’s worth it, if Robertson and sandin can make real impacts this year and next on cheap deals, and you keep the picks for a different deal that might be better.
But they might need a goalie like this to match Tampa and New York. Hard decision if he’s available.

Nothing of any real value that Winnipeg needs.

They don’t need prospects that can be a top 6 forward and top 4 d? And then a pick or picks too? If they are trading hellebuyck it’s full rebuild isn’t it

That's a real stretch on Robertson. However, Sandin is an LD and not needed, so the Jets probably look for better players that fill needs for them.
