If Geno wanted $7,000,000 x 2 years he'd already be resigned with Pittsburgh. Try closer to $8,000,000 x 3-4 years.

He wants to retire as a Penguin. He's already won 3 cups

"Numerous agents have told me that, after conversations they’ve had with Penguins general manager Ron Hextall, they believe it’s unlikely that Evgeni Malkin is returning to Pittsburgh. Some people I’ve spoken with in the Penguins organization feel the same way."

While Malkin has in the past suggested he could accept less money to stick around ("I'm not thinking about money. I'm a pretty rich guy," he said in December)

Yeah I know. If we give him the same amount of money as Colorado he signs here. Its just a matter of whether or not we want to

Lines would probably be

Landeskog - Mackinnon - Lehkonen
Nichuskin - Malkin - Rantanen

That 2nd line would be such a beast, especially with Byram behind it.

This AGM inspired me to make a Malkin AGM of my own. Definitely doable if he takes 7
