But i doubt that NY are willing to let him go especially if Kakko is included in that deal. That will depend on how bad they want Dubois or how stubborn Chevy will be and wait for the price he as fixed

Yes that the prospect Winnipeg should target, now there always 2 team that need to be willing to trade their assets.

A lot of Jets fans want the moon in return for Dubois, even considering the new developments. Given the circumstances, if I'm Chevy I take just about any deal that provides more QUALITY over quantity. If Rangers include Schneider in any offer, I think he'd be a fool not to strongly consider.

For a second I was gonna say this was an overpay, but then I saw Othmann or Schneider. Either way, I don't think this works, Nemeth's no trade clause definitely includes Winnipeg.

The Schneider version is a start, but the 2nd in all likelihood would need to be a first to give the Jets incentive to do it now.

Otherwise the Jets just wait until the TDL in 2 years and get close to the same return.
