Description
The leafs don't need to (and probably won't) make any major changes, with the exception of their goaltenders. I could see the price for giving up Mrazek being higher, but given his track record and decent career numbers, I see an NHL ready prospect with middle six potential along with a second and a fourth, with some late pick coming back, as a fair deal. The rumor earlier in the season was that Holl had more value than Dermott, so looking at what the leafs got for him I see a third + a sixth-round pick as realistic. Boston could be a suitor but you can also substitute a few contenders into Boston's place. I see Stolarz as a very undervalued goaltender. He puts up consistently good numbers behind the defence that is "allegedly" the reason behind Gibsons poor results. Giving Anderson a better chance to make an NHL roster again along with a third seem like a realistic return if Anaheim is willing to give him up. The last trade that would bring Reimer to Toronto is the one I see as the least likely. SJ reportedly was unwilling to part with him at the deadline despite interest, so they would have all the leverage in any trade. I could see a bit more being added, but given the leafs low draft capital I see prospects and players being the only likely assets after a first round pick.

I like the moves you made an agree that the Leafs probably won't make any big changes (though I think they maybe should). The only thing I don't know about is the goaltending. I like both options as a back up but I don't think that tandem is getting you deep in the playoffs. Wanted to hear your thoughts? Like the moves you made none the less!

Goodness, Stolarz to Toronto for junk is getting to be like Muzzin without retention to Los Angeles for a significant positive return. Thank God the latter possibility is now dead with what we paid for Fiala.
