The Red Wings will not trade Seider unless it is a massive overpayment, as he's one of the main factors in bringing fans to the stadium. The proposed trade isn't bad, I just don't thing the Red Wings to that trade for that reason.

Prying Seider from DET will take 2 1st round picks, Sergachev, and Cirelli, and probably more

The price for Seider is probably more something like : Sergachev, Cirelli, Vasilevsky and 1 pick 2024. In other word, Seider ain't going no where.

Seider isn't available and even bringing him up is a non-starter unless it's for Connor McDavid straight up and I'm only being VERY slightly hyperbolic.
