zacha doesnt do anything for the Canes. We have Zachas.

Brannstrom is too small and Canes would keep Necas over that return

Canes wouldnt sign TDA or Trocheck to those lengths of a contract

Yeah am I missing something here, what kind of $$$ will it take to sign Necas long-term, because if the sens could get him for Branny I would do that in a second sign him 8x 7 per, and have him on Stuzle wing for 8 years.

Also Branny would be good for the Canes he is Small but he can still play physical, is an elite passer, and can run a PP he filled in Chatbots spot on 1 PP at end of the year and did a great job at it. unfortunately, DJ smith just doesn't like him and doesn't play him to his potential. but him with Pesce and then with Deangelo on PP1 would be a great for the canes and at a steal cap hit.

thanks for the feedback. Based on Branny's poor 5v5 ratings, I doubt Rod Brind'Amour would like him either.

Necas is more than likely looking for a short bridge and a chance to play center to up his value.

If Brind'Amour likes Deangelo then he will like Branny, but I see your point. I wouldn't think Necas is in any way available, but I would love to see the sens get him if possible, even with a bridge deal, but he wouldn't be playing center with Norris, Stuztle, and Pinto in OTT so also he would have to be ok with playing Wing.

Necas probably bridges in the 2x4 range. Long term I’d imagine he would take 7x6 or something like that? Bridge is the safe and practical bet tho.

Either way Canes wouldn’t do that deal. Ottawa would have to add substantially which also doesn’t make sense. More likely Necas ++ gets moved for a proven impact player.

Pass on OTT trade.

TDA And Troch aren’t getting that term here.

Well for those numbers I wouldn't be trading him either. I would have thought that it would take a lot more than that to get him out of Carolina

No way Brannstrom and Necas are equal value. Obviously Ottawa would accept but realistically they would have to add.
