      Don't think signing rights really mean anything now. All free agents can negotiate with any team one week before the actual signing period.
      Campbell to Devils or Hawks is my prediction. Mikeheyev? Too much cap going to the Rangers. They gotta spend their cap on a centre

      I thought the new CBA got rid of the "one week legal tampering period."
