Do the moderators even respond to emails?

Just a question. I've tried getting a hold of them that way but have never gotten a response

The direct answer - as far as I'm aware - is no. At least I haven't, as I don't have access to it.

@Banks (I believe) is the individual with access to that email. He's the head honcho here and likely uses the complaint system as a way to keep an eye on the moderators.

Oh thanks. I wonder why they've diverted the outlook to another source like that
