Either McD or Killorn are gone if they want to keep a better F in Palat and 2nd best RD Rutta(which have been stressed as a priority). ABB is 100% wasted on a 4th line, if he makes the team its 2nd line or nothing more than likely. They should probably trade both for value now, but perhaps it's just McD. Of course 3LD is weak in that scenario(unless Rutta shifts there, a possibility), but that's not a huge deal. Killorn is nothing special in the playoffs unless he's getting pp1 time. It's simple asset management to keep the 1st line winger Palat, get good value for McD and Killorn, be able to find solid fill ins for them at least this year, and still have the space to keep most, if not all of the rfas next year. It will be only tougher to move McD after next year, although a buy out or if necessary, waivers, could be an option. Tampa will not sacrifice any of Serg, Cirelli, or Cernak to keep McD around past this year, tops. Since JBB probably wants to extend them this Summer if at all possible, I would expect McD to be moved sooner rather than later.
