Gauthier isn't even worth than the 3rd by itself.

So yeah, the Rangers would take that and run.

Canucks accept very quickly. Unfortunately, Hughes is too smart to do that deal

Devils will hold onto Foote and their pick.

Maybe try Arizona or Seattle

I dont think slaf can even shoot. 5 goals in Liiga but tore up Italy and Japan. The Dale Weise of the Olympics

Not a cap dump, but definitely over priced. Probably fair value near $5mm cap hit

Really interesting stuff. Your trying to make us competitive right away, love to see it.
I like the UFA moves.
I find it weird that you think Rem and Romanov are worth the same; I think Rem is more like 2@1.5ish and Rommy we sign long term like 6@4-4.5ish.

I think we just draft Wright at 1 and NJ takes Slaf at 2 but whatever.

I wanted OEL paired with Weber back before he signed his massive extension with AZ so I’d be all for acquiring his wild contract assuming a Petry replaced by Letang type move goes down.

Good stuff all around. Oh, I wouldn’t move Ylonen right now at all, I think he has a future with us.

COL doesn’t want or need Drouin, value isn’t awful but COL made it a point not to move the 23 1st they aren’t going to do it for a rental.

NJ trade doesn't work, the 2nd overall is almost just as valuable as the first overall because NJ is fine with either option that's left.

VAN and NYR trades are dreadful for the Habs.

COL trade isn't really ideal either as COL 2023 pick is likely going to be in the region of 27-32, while MTL's is going to be in the region of 33-40.

Dallas will decline that trade, Bourque shouldn't be included in any negotiations right now.

Why wouldn’t the Devils just wait until pick 2 to pick Slaf? No point taking a cap dump and giving up a prospect

And probably OEL will not wave his No-Move for MTL.

If he balks, Boudreau will threaten to play him with Meyers the whole season
