    don't all us Penguin fans wish Scuderi could be traded, I'm hoping that if Scuderi has a bad training camp the Pens will demote him the AHL.

    Yup every team has a player they just can't get rid of if they tried. Scudz is one of them. Might as well just keep him this year and buy him out next year. At least he gives a bit of depth on the blueline especially with Maatta and Letang being injury prone.

    Unfortunately it doesn't really save the pens much loot. Same reason demoting Adams last year during the 5 D fiasco wasn't a viable option

    It's based on a previous "rumor". COL is still run by members of The Old Boys Club and isn't analytically strong. Plus they're not all that deep on D.

    Rumors seem to be started by Armchair GMs. Mr. bredt. The two best things for the Pens would be Scuderi has a GREAT training camp and is a good player OR getting injured and is placed LTIR.
