Ehh, I don't know about that. They're both similar priced, both a UFA after this coming season. I'd say Miller is better at his position than Sergachev is at his, but dmen always carry a little more value, so I think it evens out.

Add Vancouver's 2022 and 2023 1st to balance the trade

Tb will not Sergachev and a 1st. They could easily get back some good picks and prospects for Sergachev, whereas Mac could be talked I to being traded and it will not take a 1st to do so, but maybe some prospect and lower picks and they keep Sergachev.

Sergachev expires as an RFA which is another benefit over Miller

He's not a better player. I think you're grossly undervaluing Miller and don't get me wrong, Sergachev is awesome. I'm just saying value-wise they're very close. The RFA part gives an edge, but not a first.
