I feel like buffalo is just going to ride with Anderson and UPL so they can actually gage what they have in net with him

Really like Garland, but really dislike Myers. And Asplund is a glue guy, really good defensively and can move up or down a line. I would decline.

Manson is not a 1st pairing defenseman - and I can't see the Sabres abandoning the Samuelsson-Dahlin duo that worked so perfectly at end of last season.

I really like Garland but Granato loves Asplund, and as a solid defensive forward that can grow into a great shutdown player, I doubt the Sabres would give him up on him PLUS the 41st pick to add a cap dump like Myers.

Of course they do, it’s a bad trade for Buffalo. If you wanted to be fair you swap Bjork in for Apslund. Of course this is all assuming that Tyler Myers no trade clause allows him to come back to Buffalo if Buffalo would even want him back, which I don’t think they do.
