That doesn’t get chychrun. Make it a 2023 first and include Holloway if you are trying to get rid of kieth

Bad trade for Arizona the first is enough to move Keith’s contract (maybe) then it’s Puli, Foegele (who’s worth at best a 3rd-4th) and Broberg for Chychrun, Fischer and a 5th that’s very lopsided trade Chychruns definitely worth more and Barrie is worth like a mid 3rd not a top of the round 2nd and if Kulak hits FA he can get 3.5 million easily so you better hope he doesn’t

Not getting 35 OA for Barrie. Likely not any second from Seattle at this stage. Draft is super important, and any picks moved will either involve draft positioning or be in the pursuit of bigger fish, likely a top forward.

Keith only costs $1m over 2 years for a buyout. Looking at some previous trades this would only cost maybe a 3rd or 4th round pick. Especially when the Coyotes have to catch the cap floor and don't have to commit many real dollars.

Would do FLA's 2nd then, not that expensive of a price to pay for a guy that would be your best defenseman.

He would definitely not be their best d man Dunn, Larsson, Oleksiak are all better and probably Soucy too all those players are better well rounded players not secondary assists merchants like Barrie

Agree with Hockeypal! Barrie would make an excellent "4th forward!" Lol But the Kraken's best DEFENSEman he would not be!!

Regardless, it seems you didn't read my reasoning from the first post. Barrie may seem like a fit, but Seattle has other priorities involving their draft capital and valuable cap space that take precedence over acquiring other teams cap-casuslties. Not saying a trade for Barrie is somehow out of the question, but not before free agency opens up, and certainly not in the next 3 days as your deal proposes.

Love the name, btw!! Just got done binge-watching The Office with my kid the other day! God we love that show!
