Leafs fans try to justify how Kerfoot is an amazing player and is as good as Garland, however it seems like all of them are desperate to trade Kerfoot and replace him. What’s the deal with that? Canucks aren’t giving up Garland for a renta. We might give your a third round pick

He's a cap casualty and isn't what the leafs need as a role player. Leafs need to get rid of all their soft role players and replace them with some guys to protect the stars and bang some bodies.

Well Vancouver isn’t gonna be the team to acquire said cap casualty in return for their better player with more term

Just answering your question. Why leafs fan's trade Kerfoot so much? Wasn't commenting on the value of the trade.
