First Myers trade i've ever seen from the Canucks perspective that makes sense for the other team.

So instead of just burying Panik and him costing $250k against the cap the isles get a guy that would cost $2.6m to be a healthy scratch. Yea, Isles will pass.

I personally think Myers is going nowhere. I keep seeing Canuck fans adding him to proposals and saying he is not a negative asset , then they retain 2-3 mil cap. I fully expect him as a Canuck this year.

I think he stays as well. They won't get much of any value dealing him at 6M per. He's an alright player, they're best off just holding on to him.

Dickinson is still a good player, just not with how the canucks play. He needs a new team. I cant see the islanders scratching him.

He's much more valuable as a trade asset next season when his salary is only 1 million after the signing bonus is paid

He does not fit any need, and does not replace any player the Isles have. It is a very easy no.
