It's too many moving parts in the first place and the Jets have no reason to add Appleton in or take back no/low value pieces like Rodrigue and Puljujarvi.

The Jets have no inclination or desire to move Helly at the present time, so the Oilers would need to give them one. I'd imagine it starts with Holloway and the Oilers unprotected 23 first and maybe another add. If the Oilers don't like it they can being Smith back.
