Rumored where? Last I heard the two teams most interested in Miller were NYR and WSH and him coming with an extension would change the return significantly.

NYR was never interested in extending miller. They already know they couldn’t afford it. The package that was offered prior to the deadline was Lundkvist, Chytil and a 1st. That was for two playoff runs. It’s likely gone down since then.

Pittsburgh has 0 reasons to do that trade and it's a loss for the Canucks. Take out Myers, take out Zucker.

NYR aren't giving up Kakko for Miller.

Panthers aren't moving Hornqivst and Luostarinen. They want to move Hornqvist so they can re-sign Luostarinen. Ferland for Hornqvist + mid pick/B-level prospect. Similar to Seabrook for Johnson+2nd

That wasn't the rumored return, it was the rumored offer. There's a difference there. NYR could have offered that and the Canucks may have seriously considered it or they may have laughed in their face, we don't know.
