Key thing to remember is that a player has to accept an offer sheet. I know we make a deal about how it's an old boys club and that's why they don't happen- and that is true to a certain extent- but they also don't happen often because players are usually happy where they are and most of the time the team just matches. Now maybe Anderson could get more money in Columbus or something, but he's probably happy playing in California next to drew Doughty.
