I find that DET fans are in some ways as bad as MTL and TOR fans, but in the opposite direction. MTL and TOR fans trade everyone for a kings ransom, but DET fans don't want to let anything go.

Pretty sure most fans over/under value their players, it does make me cringe when I see some proposals by other Habs fans on here...but I mean it goes both ways. Perceived value and market value are always misconstrued on here and I mean realistically there's a reason we're doing ACGMs and not the GM of an NHL club...

He is. All reports going back to last year is he's in no way moving the 1st. I'm not sure if SEA is on his 10 team least. Every Canadian team is on his list which takes up seven of the ten. Out of the three remaining I'd imagine AZ is definitely not on it, so who knows with the last two.

Where is the info on every Canadian team on his list? And if so, I would think Seattle and Arizona would be the first two American teams on the list, that would make sense, but I guess this is just all speculation anyways so who knows

So, there's some legal stuff with his wife and her child from her previous marriage. She can't leave the country with him, so he needs to live in the states.

Would it make more sense to send you a center prospect? I thought Ras mainly played wing, no? Ras is a decent bottom-six winger who brings a bit of an element the Pens need.

I don’t know enough about PITs prospect pool, but if you have a decent C on par with Ras lying around I’d reconsider. Ras has spent both time at C and LW. His W numbers are better, but style of play and size better fit C. He’s spent more time at C than LW.

We have some intriguing C prospects, but nothing I would call definite NHLers. Zohorna is the first that comes to mind. He's played mainly W with the Pens, but that's because we have C depth. Hallander would be the next and the jury is out on him.

He does mostly play center now at the end of the season he played as winger but that was mostly because they wanted to see how players like Stephens would do at center. Rasmussen is being groomed to play as a shutdown/defensive center and towards the end of the season his production did pick up as he became more comfortable with the roll he is expected to play. Now I'm sure there are Wings fans who would trade Rasmussen for Kapanen but I wouldn't. They had about the same amount TOI and Kapanen had 5 more points but 4 less goals and when you take into account that Rasmussen played and a far worse team that scored quite a few less goals. So that is why I wouldn't give up Rasmussen for Kapanen but that is just my opinion.

I simply asked a question no caps or anything like that. Your post was in all caps and you ended your post with RAGE and half of this post is in caps followed by vulgarity. So realistically who is the one who needs to chill? What someone posts on a message board should not make you this angry and if it does try taking a step back count to 10 and drink a glass of water. Those things do help you calm down and then you can respond with a level head and your responses will make a lot more sense.

That's not the trade though. It's Pettersson for Rasmussen. Kap is basically the throw-in for the 4th and he's likely to sign a cheap "prove-it" deal.
