Mrazek Cap dump - OK prospect and 3rd round pick. could easily be another prospect and/or 2nd rounder in 2024

Tarasenko for Muzzin - Blues need some help on the left side, Terasenko wants out, and lefs need a winger to play with Nylander and JT. also saves the blues some cap space and creates a spot for Sandin which he is worried about. could be a later pick on either side

Kerfoot and Campbell for Blackwood and a 2nd - NJ hgets exclusive rights to Campbell, Leafs get a goalie who has fallen out of favour in NJ. Kerfoot slots into the middle 6 in Jersey

Bring back Boosh, Sandin, Kase, Engvall, sign Holtby to play 30ish games and potentially challenge for #1 mins

And FYI, swapping a 1x7.5 for a 2x5.625 is not saving cap space. it's costing cap space, and at the worst possible time.

Campbell's rights are meaningless unless Campbell signs. Otherwise NJ is trading a 2nd rd pick, 37. and Toronto's #1 goalie for one year of Kerfoot.

Toronto should keep Kerfoot. He has 2nd rd playoff experience, Something most, all?, the rest of the team is missing...

Arizona doesn't take Mrázek because he's owed more than his cap hit this season and next. They can't afford him, especially with their shrunken venue revenue.

Other than that, Mrázek is going to cost more to move than what the Leafs are giving up in that trade.
