The only way I see ovi leaving the caps is if ovi goes to the khl

I don't think some of these offers work. Kuzy is gonna demand $6+mil easy, I don't know why Franson and Kulikov would cut their salaries in half when there are plenty of teams out there that will pay them $4mil/season. Minn is gonna what way more for Zucker and lastly Radulov is gonna make $6+mil next year from someone....he had a great season.
