Additional Details:

This ones crazy so I'll try to explain. Flyers obviously need to get off the JVR contract. Flyers gain cap space and a short term Provorov replacement but also have to pay a 1st to do so. Frost hasn't and most likely won't develop with Philly so give him a fresh start and Geekie is just a bottom six add. Seeler is just a throw in because the Flyers wouldn't need him anymore, if Seattle doesn't want him just put him on waivers.

Yea Blues say no thanks. Provy rn is not worth that much, Maybe a couple seconds atm as his past 2 years have really hit his value low.

Seth Jones had 2 bad years before he got traded. Some players are just overvalued by the league and Provorov is one of those players I think.

I think he is the complete opposite imo, He is undervalued, Always has, always will be. But i agree hes very very good.

People forget Provy has been under Mike Yeo the last two years: either as assistant coach or head coach. Very few players do well under Yeo. Provy will bounce back.
