Ducks don’t even consider this

Zegras alone is worth more to the Ducks than this, the marketability he brings to ANA alone makes him a true untouchable

Avs would love this, but the Ducks would basically be treading water. Ducks aren't sending away their future 1C... I mean they kind of have to build a team.

Financially it wouldn't work for the Avs... zegras will be getting 8 to 9 million a year. TERRY around 6. Shattenkirk around 4 to 5... while turning their future 1st round ELC contracts into 3rd rounders....
Talent wise yes of course avs would take it but not when you factor in future contracts and roster build.
