Murray cap buyout penalty is only 2.5 so I think that is the most the Sens retain.
They will not retain any of Brown's contract.
Sens are trying to make up cap space to sign a top 4 RD UFA by moving these players so this much retention they will not do.

There would need to be a lot more coming back to the Sens for both players even with less retintion.

Seattle isn't interested in trading Oleksiak, and certainly not with that kind of retention (if any) for 4 more seasons. Pass
