Stars absolutely decline, this is one of the worst proposals I’ve ever seen. Nothing on the Sharks even gets Hintz straight up nevermind a 37 year old, 8 million dollars Burns with Dallas adding a top prospect.

As a sharks fan even I laugh at the insanity of this offer.
Burns for Benn or Seguin i could see or Burns 2 mil retained for a 2nd and a prospect but not this offer.
