Taxi Squad guys are guys going back to junior.

Dylan Strome would be a nice hometown rehab session. Not a nitty gritty guy like most people want but I think Keefe could absolutely make him play with a bit of sandpaper.
His brother Matthew honestly I want him to fill out the AHL roster, I'm from Hamilton and got to watch him play here in the OHL and I liked his game. Needs to work on his skating and I think Toronto has done a good job with working on that with players. Is Matthew going to be a star? No probably not but done properly I think the Leafs can mold him into a solid NHL bottom 6 guy.

Samsonov had a so-so year with the Caps, the Leafs turned a boardering back-up in Campbell into the Bell of the ball goalie F/A with the new Goalie coach in place I believe Samsonov can have a bounce back year as a solid back-up and if Murray falters then he jumps into the starting slot like he was in Washington.

Sam Steele is a full circle on the Anderson trade. The 1st Toronto gave to the Ducks was used to get Steele. He's a decent center/Winger. Him and Engvall can switch off if one or the other is having an off night in the dot. I bet he can play higher up in the line-up once Keefe trusts him enough

Labushkin was a really nice fit with Mo last year after the Leafs acquired him, I'd like to see him return in that spot.

Fleury is someone I've liked for a while. His advanced stats may say other but I think he had a decent year last year. Didn't put up point I know but from the limited time I watched him play it looked like he can move the puck up the ice with little to no errors. Looked like 1 of maybe 5 Kraken who actually gave a damn about winning.

Holl trade:
Nashville has an opening on their right side D, they have the cap to have him. They seem to be a defence first org. and I think Holl could be a solid fit for them, can skate, can shoot, played the PK. With the exception of the shortened Covid year Holl hasn't seemed like a true fit with the Leafs but yet Keefe played him over some of their younger better talent. The pick can be a later round pick too, I just chose the Leafs pick because Nashville wouldn't mind giving up a pick that's not in their control of draft order.

The Muzzin trade:
I don't know if I'm under valuing Muzzin or over valuing him. CBJ was in on McDonough and Muzzin plays a similar game, he makes less and is signed to shorter term. Now health is a factor I know so that affects the value coming back but I think a 3rd and a B prospect would be fair value. Maybe a 4th with the B prospect? I don't know how Chinakhov is honestly I just looked at his HockeyDB page and seen he was alright. Would Liam Foudy straight up be to much? he hasn't played a lot in the NHL but seems to be doing will in the AHL.
