4 years is fine but a touch high on the AAV. I like Mikheyev though and hope he excels in VAN!

I don't think this deal is as bad as people think it is. He should've got less, but it's what he's worth with the season he had last year .

Love Mikheyev but that AAV is too high, especially for someone who only scored 2 empty net goals in the playoffs

I mean he had 32 pts in 53 games, so I can kind of see the argument for this. Plus the Canucks have a DESPERATE need for speed

He looked a lot better towards the back end of the season but his playoff performances were pretty bad.

PK specialist, should help the Canucks get some shorthanded goals and keep the puck out of the zone, but I don't see him anything beyond 40 points.

Won't be surprised if he scores 30 goals. But it certainly won't happen in the playoffs. But it may not be a concern for the Canucks yet

We've seen a couple of 20-goal scorers get in the high $5 million to low $6 million range, so this isn't a bad contract.

I'm voting no but if he can take a little bit of a step it could work out pretty good. He does add speed which the Canucks sorely need

He started to find his scoring touch later in the year and he was on pace for 30 goals overall. So yeah, he should score 30 goals next season. If so, this contract will be a steal.
