Pretty big overpay, imo. I think he's a $2M player. But, maybe a fresh start will jumpstart his career.

I see a lot of comments regarding buying or selling high/low.

So Lindblom returned from cancer during covid, and is historically a good defensive forward, rather than one with big offensive output. And he was played in a smaller role than previous for the Flyers when he came back...

This is the exact type of bet you want to make as the Sharks or any other team with cap space and little idea how to navigate free agency.
