we dont want yakupov

and people think they can just send Scuds away and proceed making the roster they want. moving scuds isn't realistic.

Moving scuderi is possible with retaining cap and adding a mediocre prospect

True, but not while getting two prospects and a pick in return. It would be more like Scuds/Wilson/2017 3rd for just the 2016 5th.

Scuds also has a limited NTC, would almost certainly block a move to Arizona
