Voracek is still almost a ppg player and with his experience and leadership ability I certainly think that makes him desirable to certain team. ARZ and SEA should be interested, maybe ANA or BUF too.

I'm a bigger fan now of adding Chychrun to the lineup that I used to be. With Gaudreau this team is ready to win now. Chychrun gives Z a legit partner for the top pair, and also gives the team flexibility to let Gavi walk if need be. Chych can move to the left side second pair next year if Jiricek is ready to come up and play. Lots of cap flexibility there to go after a center in FA next year too if needed (i.e. JT Miller), after we see what we have this year.

I don't see Calgary lining up to help you out of your cap issues after the JG debacle!

Doesn't matter where he goes, but if they want Nyquist it would be silly to not take him just cause of JG

I really don't see the need to force another move like this. We've got our Big Moment, and we've got a ton of guys developing to fill out the rest. Let that be enough. It'll certainly give us more opportunities to compete than if we try to force a jump immediately.
