Ottawa needs a 2 year Dman like Tanev or Martinez . If you acquire another core defender, then one of those 3 things has to happen:

1) No Cat
2) Stutzle bridge
3) Zub walks

I think a Stutzle bridge is likely at this point, and I don’t hate it. The cap is gonna jump like 10mil prior by 2025, so we’ll basically have all that extra room to sign him and Sanderson long term at that point. Everyone else is locked up for decent term (Tkachuk, Norris, Batherson, Chabot).
