If I was Severson I could take that as my importance in NJ is much less than it was 2 years ago. He is a player that would fit right in WPG lineup in the 1rhd. Use some of these returns from the Dubois trade and/or what WPG has already and get Severson in a Jets uniform.

On top of that Habs don't need to make the trade Dubois wants to be on MTL they can wait. This is an overpay for the Habs for a deal they don't need to make.
